Mustang ride near San Jose, CA?

I'm thinking about getting a Mustang ride for my dad this X-mas. Ever since he took me to my first air show, he would enter the raffle and comment that someday he'd like to go for a ride. I know he'll never buy one for himself. Unfortunately the cost of such an experience is going up at such a tremendous rate that I'm forced to take the advice I usually give to others. "Get it now. It will only cost more later."

Who can I contact near San Jose CA about a ride for my dad?

Unfortunately I don't live in the area anymore but I'll be down there for the holidays. I know there are a few Mustangs in Hollister and I know some of the people down there, but I have no contact info.

Any ideas or leads would be appreciated.
