"Silver Lady' to the UK?

I thought I read somewhere within the last few month's that Bill Arnot's old B-25 'Silver Lady' had recently been sold on to someone in the United Kingdom and had in fact been delivered 'over there' already....anyone have the details of who bought her and their intentions for her, should the story be true? Any help would be appreciated...

It was an elaborate hoax by someone in the UK, who phoned round a number of airshow organisers claiming to represent Provenance and offering them a free B-25 for their show, saying that the B-25 had arrived in the UK for a sales or goodwill tour. At least 3 shows advertised having the B-25 attending based on this.

Who the heck would do something like this? What stones! I mean, what purpose would this serve?

People really need to find other hobbies.
