Here's some Friday pix. I suspect they will soon be eclipsed by more amazing pictures from the rest of the WIXers in attendance this weekend, if the cameras I saw everywhere are any indication. It was certainly a target rich environment! Anyway, enjoy...

I like the last shot with Twilight Tear, Princess Elizabeth and the Raptor. Whats the Mustang leading them.

Gorgeous pics, you lucky bastard! 8) I'm only five hours away, but too broke to attend.

Did Glacier Girl make it? Haven't seen her in any of the pics yet.

Confirm - Glacier Girl is definitely @ GML.
Ya know, other than all those Mustangs  , the remaining warbirds are the core of a great Warbird show:
1 - Lanc
2 - B17's
2 - B25's
2 - P38's
1 - P40
2 - P47's
1 - P63's
1 - Zero replica
..just an observation...

Does anyone see the specialness of the last photo? It's a P-51C, P-51D, and a P-51H all flying together. Now that is what gets me all worked up. :D

Nathan,

That is definately not a P-51H. As far as I know, no H's made it to the gathering. That is Crazy Horse 2...a TF with the 12" extension to the vertical.
