A friend was at the Statue of Liberty, Sept. 16 , saw a B-17 fly by.
Natural aluminum finish, red paint on vertical stab. with white L.
Don't think it was "Yankee Lady".

It was indeed the Yankee Lady. We were in town for the "Wings and Wheels" expo just across the bridge in Teterboro, NJ.

We did quite a few flex rides on Sunday. IIRC we flew at least 5 flights on Sunday (I was at the table booking them).
