I was dragged there last weekend too! (Motor racing is not my bag. I prefer aeroplanes, you might be suprised to know!) The replica looked disgraceful, Donnington Park shoud be ashamed of it's self.
The high spot of the day for me was a flypast of a Hurricane and Spitfire from the BBMF. This was spoiled somewhat because there was a motor race on at the time and you could not hear the two Merlins!!!! (pause to go all misty eyed...........)
The "reds" also did one quick pass too.
Can't say I will be rushing back to either Donnington of to a race meet!
