My Daughter and I were driving through Ellington yesterday and saw a Navy T-38 parked in front of Southwest Services. I didnt think the Navy had 38's... Its grey with the rising sun on the tail. Has anyone even seen this aircraft??? :?: :?:

Could've been an Aggressor paint-job. They look pretty cool too!

Yeah the thought crossed my mind too Trey. The paint on the tail is like the F-14's Sundowners... all in vivid color!

Where RickH...he might know.

I've heard the aggressors have been painted to resemble Iranian Air Force assets...So it stands to reason what we're planning down the road at some point. Could we have some potential Iraqi Aces waiting in the wings? Nothing much is being said, actually nothing, about the resurrection of the Iraqi Air Force...

Cool!! Thanks!! I checked out the other thread courtesy of the link, and yeah thats it! Its the T-38 a/c # 100 VFC-111!!

Now who owns the C-1 or S-2 that was out there behind Southwest Serv? Does it belong to Collings?

Everyonce in a while you see some interesting stuff at EFD!

No, it's an F-5F, not a T-38 - as per the previous post.

I saw that grey F-5 land at Alliance (AFW) a couple of weeks ago, 100 was hooking it when it came in.
