CAF P-39Q

A photo of the CAF's P-39Q was posted a month or so ago here in it's new paint. Someone got inspired after seeing Osprey's P-39 Aces book which I contributed material to. Here's a shot of the actual a/c has flown by Lt Bill Fiedler the only US P-39 ace. The CAF added a red spinner which the original didn't have. It needs the white fuselage band aft of the wing and Fiedler's name with 5 kill flags.

Cool, How about the P-63? Sorry, not trying to hijack this page. I've got a friend that is going to go if they fly, otherwise he's headed for the P-51 gathering.

1 P-39 or 100+ P-51's , Hmm.. I have seen Sandy and Ron fly it many times thru the years, but 100+ Mustangs on one ramp
