Does anyone know if DC-3 C-FOOW Serial No13342 still flies out of Oshawa Airport near Toronto? I saw her in the background on a Tv series over the w/e?

Anyone know the fate or location of DC-3 C-FMOC..she used to be located at Carp Airport. Last I heard was that she left for turboprop conversion but ?

I had asked about C-FMOC well over a year ago on WIX. At the time no-one had heard a thing. There was no confirmation of whether it had se sold for turbo prop conversion or it was scrapped. Back then I tried contacting First Air, but had no luck contacting anyone that knew anything about the airframes at Carp. The Yahoo DC-3 list didn't have anything to add at the time either.

Hmmmm..... I can't say if C-FMOC is still out there or not.

Do you want to find locations of displayed, stored or active aircraft? Then start with the The Locator.
Do you want to find or contribute to the documented history of an aircraft? If so then start with the Airframes Database.

C-FOOW still flies cargo occasionally to the US. It was also involved in the shooting of a movie a few weeks ago, part of which was filmed at Brantford airport, staring Kevin Bacon. OOW was painted blue on the bottom of the fuselage and wings for the movie. I believe that part of the film was also shot in Iceland. Enterprise Air also has a Beech 18 that is not currently flying.
