Warbird Information Exchange

For those of you familiar with the Star Choice and Express Vu satellite TV services... What channels should I be looking for in order to get the most aviation content possible? Is Speedvision still around? What about the Wings series that was once on the Discovery Channel? What other stuff should I be looking for when choosing packages?

I get Speedvision via cable and unfortuately they dropped the aviation related shows about 18 months ago. They used to provide a number of show like Airshow World...which was great and even Aviation News once a week but all disappeared. I contacted them and they indicated that their ratings were low on these shows and therefore no more...Discovery channels doesn't seem to show the Wings series these days so I am not sure if it is not longer in production. They do have an interesting show early on Saturday/Sunday mornings 6:00am called Aerospace worth a look...

Try getting Discovery Wings Channel, we have it here in Montréal on digital cable.

I agree, most of the aviation content on Discovery Channel moved to Discovery wings. I love the channel, aviation of some sort whenever I need it. And I love the #### is born series.
