Ray got the air filter in, installed it, recowled everything, taxied it, and barring anything unforseen or bad weather, I hope to go to Geneseo and then to Oskosh. He mentioned the Lone Star Hurricane has been painted, but still needs quite a bit of reassembly.

Hey Bill,
Who were the two guys up at "wings of freedom" Loveland on July 4th?
I didn't expect your plane to be there, and ... there it was. Made for some great shots with the b-17 and b-24 in the background.

Blue, I was not at Loveland that day, they never asked me to display or fly and I was at home. I told Ray if he wanted to taxi it down that was fine. That is Ray Middleton in the front cockpit, certainly the prime expert on Spitfires in the US, also keen on warm beer, Gilbert and Sullivan, grity jokes, and ladies of all ages. I don't know who is in the back seat, might be his son Ross, who also works on the planes part time. His other job is a crewman on a crab fishng boat in Alaska!
