We had two P51 flights on Sunday before everyone left. So, I took the opportunity to 'play' with my new telephoto lense!!!! I need to work on technique and exposure, but not bad for my first time. Hope you all enjoy.

Not bad for a first timer!

There are a bunch of threads here that would help you move to the next level~ only advice I have (ex Army shooter) would be to slow your shutter speed down so you get a bit of prop blur for movement. Your fifth shot is pretty well composed for publication. The one before it would be awesome on my wall!

Thanks! I had fun playing with the lens. Before this all I used was auto focus, so I don't know much about the settings on my camera. But I'm learning! I'm a bit slow about these things - I still shoot film :)
Hopefully my Reno pictures will show an improvement.
