Concur..looks like the belly has been removed from the Avenger..probably a firefighting conversion that was either never completed or stripped for parts.

I think this pic was previously identified on WIX by "Col Rob Rhur" as being of some of Dave Tallichet's aircraft, I think the PBY may be the one now restored in USN colours and on display in Perth Australia?
