Bernadean Jones passes away.

Fri Jun 15, 2007 12:30 am

Bernadean Jones, a true lady and long time supporter of the CAF through the West Houston Squadron and the West Texas Wing, lost her battle with cancer this last Monday.

I was called by a friend to let me know about the sad news.

Den Mother Jones, a sweet lady, a great cook [we used to enjoy her dishes at squadron meetings and b.s. sessions] and wife to Ray and mother to Eric, was also the West Houston Squadron Leader back in the 1980s.

She was a member of the Colonel's Ladies, and one of the first to be recognized as a Colonel.

May you rest in peace, Bernadean. I for one, will miss you and your kindness.

Saludos,

Tulio
