Found this site with a slew of underwater pics of various wrecks, with quite a few aircraft. Most of the pics are really good, which makes sense as this is a photo contest...

This one has a He 111, a Do 24, supposedly a B-17 (looks wrong to me), as well as some other stuff:

excellent!!!! what a refresher from pacific wreck sites!!!! is that twin boom tail off of a he 115 flying sea plane???? are the 2 props resting side by side from an fw 200 condor??? those were used on maritime patrols etc.

Those are some really good underwater pictures and it is such a nice change from the Pacific theatre. Looks like a couple of ME-109's and some other stuff. I didn't see anything that looked like a B-17, but there was a HE-111 on its back.

I was wondering what's "wrong" with these pics..Ahhh...there it was at the heading
of the page, it's a photo contest. Lose the fisheye lens and show me the goodies! :D
I betcha if you websearched these folks names for their private websites or
contacted them thru this host page..you see some real goodies and more detail stuff.. :wink:
