Does anyone know if Collings Foundation Aircraft plan on coming out to Allegheny County Airport in Pittsburgh, PA. I never see it on their websire, but they come out and stay a few days almost every year. Usually around Aug. or Sept.

We will most likely not be back at AGC this year. We have been there the last few years, and it is getting more and more difficult to work with the airport there. They seem to be happier working with the business jets that they can charge landing and ramp fees to.
We are looking at a stop on the North side of Pittsburgh, but have not decided on an airport yet. The stop will be in mid-August. If anyone has any suggestions please PM me. We also would like to have a local stop organizer there for the visit, as the stops become a lot more successful when we have some local help.

I'm helping my local stop coordinator Phil Griffith with the marketing aspect of the stop. He's going to get me the Press Packets on Monday. I've already arranged for an interview this coming week for a local paper that comes out every other week. The article, if published, should appear in the July 11 issue. The reporter seemed rather interested in the visit, so we'll see what happens.

Valparaiso, IN - July 25-27
Porter County Municipal Airport - Terminal Building
Wednesday, July 25- 2PM to 5PM
Thursday, July 26- 9AM to 5PM
Friday, July 27- 9AM to 12PM

Also the Local EAA (104) will have a food booth set up from 8AM to 3PM daily (July 20-29) offering breakfast and lunch items. EAA is inviting local citizens to come out and watch planes heading to and coming from Oshkosh. The food booth will be set up in front of the Terminal Building.
