I was reading Aerovin's B-17 update yesterday and was reminded of the June 5th
release of this Howard Hawks classic Buy Bonds film. As most of you know there's
plenty of footage of B-17C/D's, P-43's, P-40C, etc. A bonus to Mary Ann's epic
flight is a short film, "Women at War", a couple of cartoons as well as the radio version
of "Air Force" with George Raft and Harry Carey. Synopsis and info here..
