Well now, since everyone and their brother is posting Photo-Lightnings as of late, I figured I'd follow suit.

I believe that Jack posted one of these, but I already had it scanned and figured some folks wouldn't mind a repeat.

I'd have more to share, but some guy named Mike Bates seems to gobble up all the neat P-38 shots that I go for on epay...

These all came from a partial photo album that belonged to a 3rd PG/RG vet. Unfortunately I don't know the fella's name.

15th PS F-4... anyone know for sure what it says on the boom intake? Looks like 'Do She?', but I'm not sure.

Mad-crazy big image for to check out all them aeroplanes down there on the ground...

Bill Mallios and local native Drum Corps near Constantine. (Anyone have info on this fella? Yeah, it's a long shot, but these days one never knows...)

How'd this get in there?!?

'Irmgard' is probably one of the most well-known captured 109s... she's certainly my favorite, especially given the company she's keeping in this shot.

Cool. I was going to post more 3rd PG shots but ya beat me.
My shot of the 109 is a tad darker though
Time for a P-40 draw down   :?

Did that captured 109 survive the war?
