I just got done reading an article in "Air Classics" magazine volume 40-#9 about Brooklyn Bum 2nd. I just wanted to say a congratulation and a job well done to Steve Hinton and team who totally restored this P-39 to mint flying condition again. I wish that I could have gotten a chance to see it before it flew over the pond. I guess that's just one more reason for me to get over there. Until then all you chaps at Duxford make sure you give her lots of TLC. What a gorgous Bell P-39, glad to see another one come back to life and part of our living future.
