As they say, when opportunity knocks...our stop organizer at Hollister comes into the FBO and says hey Harley theres a Mustang waiting for you over by the T-Hangars...and so it goes.

That video should be flagged as inappropriate content. It's pornographic.

Absolutely brilliant ,well done!

I must say that the music suits the footage as well, how did you choose which track to use or is it a case of 'it's a good song so it will do'!
I guess there is no sound, as all we would hear is 'Yeeehhaaaah!',all the time? 8)

Regards, Alan.
ps, I enjoyed your bomber films as well!

I grew up listening to my dads 8 tracks...floyd, zep, allman...etc. and my moms 45's from the 50s and 60s so they are all catalogued in brain cells I haven't killed off. Its been a great excuse to renew my music collection and all these great songs stick out like sore thumbs. The mustang is one of the few warbirds that really sounds great both inside and outside. It is however really really loud and did not translate well throught the camera microphone. The bombers...well they sound like your standing in a tin shed during a heavy hail storm. It is completely different from the sound on the outside. The music just makes it entertaining from a couple different levels...covers the slow spots and gives it a better sense of timing. Great fun!!!

Jim

PS the Mustang was Strawboss, and I can't remember the pilots name (killed that cell) Bryan Adams and his son were flying off our wing in Flying Dutchman.

Nice video Jim.

The pilot is Ed Grabel, really nice guy. I took a flight with him back in 98? when he was a very new P-51 pilot. Adams has sold the Flying Dutchman, so it is no longer in Hollister.

Great choice of music. Nice to hear something a little different than the standard Glen Miller backgrounds (I love Glen Miller).
