Mr. Krumrei
I would like to thank you for your web site, I have found it to be quite helpful and important to preserve history...
Below is a some information that I sent to Mr. Joe Baugher, I thought I'd share the same with you.

"I am in possession of Piper L-4J ( Piper Serial # 12354 ) Air forces registration # 44-80058.
I know it left Baltimore, went to Italy, (DUKO) showed up in San Francisco, storage in Oakland. Moved to Payote TX, assigned to the Michigan CAP as N5782N, I rescued it and now have it registered as N14FK. I am planning her restoration. I am also seeking any information on her activities or assignments during the war. "

Once again, thank you!
More Later,
Fred Krueger
