Did you ever see the Golden Phantom of NAS Lakehurst?

The picture was token 1967. Does anyone know the BuNo? It might be 142260 but not sure.

something about the WSO canopy doesn't look right :? But I am not an F-4 expert.

It is an early model Phantom, probably an "A" model. The early ones had a low profile canopy for the aft seat. It was rasied later in the production line for obvious reasons!
