Welcome to the forum Martin.
Thanks for posting those photos.
They are most certainly worthy of their own thread.

Regards

Andy

As Andy has already stated: Welcome to WIX, Martin!

Many thanks, also, for your photos!

Just recently I was reading about the Luftwaffe´s use of the Bücker Bü 181 for ground attack in the last stages of World War II. Do you happen to know if the Czech air force ever used the Panzerfaust anti-tank weapon (or a similar device) with their 181´s ?

Thanks, again, for sharing your photos!

-Dan

Hi Dan
about Buckers 181 in Czech Air Force
Czech company AERO Vodochody did Buckers 131 and 181 in WW II for Luftwaffe
We had protectorate - czech airplane the industry was very mature
therefore German had easy transfer of production
A few types from czech companys
- Bu 131, 181
-Arado 96
-Siebel Si 204
-FW 44
- FW 189
- and late versions Bf 109 (I thinik frm G10)
- final assembly FW 190 and Me 262

Czech company continue production many types after war
Bu 181 was with original engines , nut 2 verions was produder with czech engines Walter Mikron
but
ALL was only for basic training
to one hundred percent not use with "panzer faust"
The weapons used only Luftwaffe
Your Martin
