Just curious about the Invader: Was A-26C 44-35590/N3248G/Nightmare parted out to contribute to the restoration, or does it remain a separate project? I've asked this before years ago but I don't remember if I got a definitive answer.

No idea on the other invader, He bought Whistlers Mother from Challenge publications, it was damaged in a hurricane when the hangar fell in on it, but it did save several planes from more damage by holding up the hangar. This Invader was unique in that it had never been "civilianized" it still had the turrets and sighting systems installed. The pictures I remember seeing did not show major structural damage. (the B-17 and B-23 were worse off as was the Ford Tri-motor)

Is there a formal and complete list of Week's 160 aircraft available?

Yeah, he has a lot of stuff not on that list. Even some of his well-known assets like the Lancaster, Lysander, and Yak-11 are not listed there. It's a start, though.

An A-20 is listed that has to be a mistake, right? Or is it the Hughes/Fox Field A-20?

(It is. Of course the Registry had it)

I thought he had a Fairey Swordfish too.

I never saw a good accounting of what was damaged (and how badly) in the Hurricane. I think I heard that a beam went through the front of the Lancaster, but then everything I heard was anectdotal...

Kermit didn’t own the Lancaster at the time of the hurricane. It was, however, damaged when a hangar roof collapsed on it in the U.K. when under the ownership of the late Charles Church - perhaps you are confusing the two events?

Yes, I had heard that the Week's Lancaster was damaged when a hangar roof fell on it, and assumed that must have been during the Hurricane.

Would like to see an accounting of what was damaged in the hurricane, and how badly.
