I've seen a number of recent restorations done with a satin tone. It seems to be a nice compromise. It doesn't make them look like toys or hot rods, but (I'm assuming) is still easier to keep clean than dead flat (and probably holds up better.)

Nice to see the former Air Zoo T-cat in the skies. I really miss seeing the K-zoo Cats flying.
