A potentially damaging report went out to the media, the Collings folks not only got in front of it but gave a clear and concise explanation at every turn as to what was going on, and have answered each question posed here (no matter how seemingly trivial) with a proper response full of facts rather than vague statements. As a result, they have turned a potentially ugly situation into a positive one by showcasing their integrity and transparency.
I'm sure the backseater feels lower than whale poop right now, but everyone involved from the Collings organization should feel rightly proud that their group displays such a high level of integrity. Well done, all of you.
