What happens to Strega now ?? Does the engine come off and the plane go into storage for next year or is the entire plane inspected and modified.

Pretty much, but I believe there was medical attention for "cuts and bruises" on a Saturday morning incident (not sure which class, assuming F-1). I haven't heard any more, as I was in the pits when I heard it announced that "he's out of the airplane and walking to get medical attention" on the PA.

Yes, it was a Formula One racer. He had an engine failure and didn't quite make runway 14. Bruised up and sore, but I think he's okay otherwise.

Something to say that the avg for the final was 7 mph faster than the qualifying speed.
John Hinton mentioned on sat the GPS data recorded fastest ground speed at 540+.
