The plane made 4 flights (3 for news media, and one for Angel Flight volunteers) before returning to Cherokee County (47A). It was a good day. Then on Tuesday it was back to the oily work--replaced #2 generator. We'll see if it works later today.......
PS--Yes, Chuck, I did change my signature
Was good to see, & hear LB in the pattern here at PDK. Had people running to windows & out of the hangers to catch a look.

The cheek guns? Oooohhhh, I guess that was the noise we heard...........
Ha, ha, yup the guns stayed put. I know what you mean about going back to the "real" job. I'd much rather continue working on the Belle instead of Delta's jets, but it does pay the bills!
Hey no worries, if something happened I was just going to blame it on Chuck!! heh heh

Got any pics from Monday? I gotta see what I missed!
Is the new generator on-line? Ya'll musta had fun out in the "weather!"

Number 1 generator worked well. I changed number 2 Tuesday afternoon, but we haven't had a chance to check it yet.
The weather Monday made up for some of the cold, wet stuff we've been dealing with. Sunshine and near 70
Here are a few random pictures from Monday.

I was inside the house this afternoon, heard the radials, and headed outside to take a look at what I assumed would be Liberty Bell. I was not disappointed...
I guess it was around 2:30 or 3:00 and the airplane was headed North (presumably towards the Cherokee County Airport) when it went over our house located just East of Dobbins.
