Maybe I missed it - will this airplane be restored to represent a 401st BG airplane or is the painting just for atmosphere?

My wife's step-grandfather was aircraft commander of "H@ll's Angel Out of Chute 13" in the 401st. I believe he had around 18 missions completed when the war ended. For a birthday surprise this year, my wife had him sign a copy of Bert Stiles' "Serenade to the Big Bird" for me. What an honor.

We see them every Christmas and, although I get him to tell some B-17 stories, he's always more interested in hearing what flying is like today. Soooo - our next visit is just around the bend. Might have to drag him back to the office to see these photos on WIX ....
