This one at Sun 'n Fun Museum in Lakeland FL looks like it needs some TLC

This one is on display in Moline, Kansas. I apologize for the fence, but at least it seems to keep the vandals at bay.

Thanks for more T-33 shots! Keep them coming.
Second Air Force - is that T-33 in a park or someone's backyard?! I see lots of homes around so I'm curious...

It's in a small park between houses on the north, east, and west, and a railroad right-of-way behind it. The display is lower than the surrounding terrain and when you drive by on the highway you actually look down on it a little.

The Moline KS T-33, here is some additional info-though the pictures it quotes had broken links

This plane used to be at the Independence, Ks park. You can see in picture #2 the damage from hitting a tree during it’s long trip from the Coffeyville airport to Moline via back roads.

Thank you for filling in the gaps on the Moline airplane, Holedigger.
I took these photos at Coffeyville in January of '03 at the north Squadron hangar from WWII. A local EAA member told me he thought it would go on display at the front gate at Coffeyville at that time.

Gents,
I would like to post a few pics of some T-33's/F-80 but can not figure out how to put them in the posted message. I went to the FAQ and it says you are not able to put images directly in post only as an online link, however I have seen multiple replies to this topic and others with the picture in the message. Can you give me some schooling?

Easiest way I've seen is to open a FREE Photobucket account, you then click a button to upload to Photobucket, click another button once you have it uploaded and labeled (800 px wide max) click another button to copy the web location of that file, then just it paste in your email and SHAZAM! your picture appears.
Actually quite easy once you have the account set up

Holedigger,
Thanks a bunch, I will be doing that ASAP. I was a little confused with the fact that some pics show up as links and some as posted photos.
Again thanks.

Some web sites allow you to copy their web address and link it directly in the email, but more and more web sites are blocking that. Many are even blocking the right click copy or downloading (they are their photos after all!) though one can still do a screen capture.
If it is my own photo, I push it through Photobucket, if it is something I find on the WEB, I put the page link there so folks know where it came from (it is only fair!) and also adds more information and shares cool sites.

This aircraft has been on display for a long long time and still looks pretty good.

Guys this is the very complete P-80C that sits OUTSIDE at JRB NAS Ft Worth (Former Carswell AFB). She is marked 056607 which unless I am out of my mind can not be an P/F-80(checked 45, 50, and I even check 55/56 on the off chance it could have been marked as a T-33 -Baughers website has it marked as P-80B-1-LO 45-8507 who knows?) Enjoy!
Tue Nov 11, 2008 6:48 pm
I would say that is a P-80. You wouldn't happen to have pictures of the other planes at Carswell, would you?

I would say that is a P-80.
No doubt about her P-80ness, just that funky number on her tail.
As for the other aircraft, F-84, 105, and 4 I can probably dig them up
