Na they be little human pigs. I had a buddy of mine had a great idea of what to do with anyone that causes harm to others or others personal things.
They should be sent to the closest military training grounds and let the new recruits pratice their combat skills on them. Such as butting with the rifle butts, and breaking legs arms etc. And then after all that is done send them to the front lines of what ever war is going on at the time. To sniff out the mine fields. If they make it outa all that then maybe they would have more respect for themselves as well as others.
The reason they are like that is parents and others keep making excuses for them, and are not allowed to spank their rears.
