Still down after the landing incident, according to Mike's thread they're hoping to ferry it back to HHYI on Saturday. The only other option would be if Lewis' '39 is coming, but I see his B-25 and Glacier Girl are already there, so I suspect not.

I'm in love with that Fairchild 24. Who wants to spot me some cash so I can buy it?

Great pics everyone!

Any clue when the web cams will be back up?

I am starting to feel that my initial suspicions were correct ..ie EAA closed the other webcams down so that one is forced to pay for their EAA webcam service.

If this is indeed the case I am a bit disappointed with EAA trying to extract the last coin out of Airventure.
For people like myself ... who are very far away from Osh / the US, it is rather futile to join EAA ...just to see their webcams.

If I am wrong about this, I apologise .... but it does seem that a heavy handed approach has been applied here

Yip, thats their (EAA) webcams....and I could live with that ... but what about the other independent webcams that appear to have been shut down?

If you non-EAA members are feeling shortchanged, try strolling through these videoes.

I'll keep posting pics, but only if the whining stops about the stupid webcams.

Deal or no deal?

Thanks for the new photos Dan! My 18-yr. old son gets home from his first Oshkosh trip about August 11, so I will have a long wait yet to see his pictures. Any N2T-1 appearances this year? If your'e back in the antique area I'll take any UPF-7 shots you can get too. Try to get the registration number in the photo.

Why is Dan with a cheap camera (works for me though :P ) about the only one posting pictures. Come on WIXERS!

Any other P-38s beside Ruff Stuff, GG, and the museum example?

Any P-47s this year?

How many total B-17s so far?

Any Stewart or Thunder Mustangs or other replica fighters with V-8 or V-12s?

Thanks again!

Lowell

I'm tryin', Lowell. I'm tryin'. What they lack in quality I'll compensate with quantity. Next photo post from me will be Friday late.

When I left Tuesday there were:

No Timms yet.

Some Wacos (but I didn't take pics :Hangman: )

The three P-38s you listed

No Jugs

B-17s Texas Raiders, Thunderbird, and AO (which persisted in flying overhead)

I'm after the P-51 facsimiles tomorrow.

You just can't have a good airshow without a N2T!

I've racked up about 3,000 pictures already but my parents computer isn't reading my SD cards so y'all will have to wait a bit. I'm definately excited to share them!
