Well, I didn't see it close enough to see it, but we were in the air and I was looking in the direction the radio call was from - for Happy Jack's Go Buggy off somewhere for a spin. It sure would be neat to actually see it up close!
Saw plenty of Cessnas and airliners - and a T-38 about 1000 ft away.

not warbirds, but i saw 3 warwhirlybirds today while at work. 3 blackhawk ohio ang choppers flew over my stores on a real dull day. boosted my spirits. they were about 500 feet up!! funny they don't have near the rotor clap noise as the 60's 70's series of chinooks, hueys etc, but don't get me wrong, i could hear them coming with a 5 minute advance.

Saw an F-5 come into Miramar yesterday after work and I have not seen that in a long time!

Also, I did not see it, but, someone reported seeing a Typhoon Eurofighter in the area lately, anyone know anything?

I was strafed twice by some old B-25, then had a -17 drone overhead at a bit higher altitude. Not a bad day for birdwatching.

(They were LSFM birds. Wonder what was going on at Ellington?)
