Hey Mike, I can’t wait. Bernadette and I will be there early Friday to take in the fun. Looks like another awesome show in the making.

Just curious...will there be a DVD made for this year's show?

I would be very surprised if they don't make a DVD - they did for the last two shows at least.

Sad news for the wives of WIX crowd, Catherine can't make it. She was informed her position would not be funded for another year. Not a poor relflection on her, and not exactly being fired, but out-of-job is out-of-a-job no matter how it is sugar coated. She is a tiger though and sends out about 3 resumes a day and already has had one interview. She has another this Friday which means Thunder is out for her and if I know her she will have another lined up for Monday (she had already arranged for both days off because of Thunder). I will be attending solo this year.

Mike

A video of this year's show will be produced and will be for sale at a later date. The production company is the same one that did the 2005 and 2006 shows.

Cheers,
Tom Walsh.

Thunder's weather this weekend is looking great - warm, but great!

Wear light clothing and bring plenty of sunscreen.

Cheers,
Tom Walsh. 8)

I tried posting an update to this earlier, but the post seems to have gone off into lala land.

http://www.michigan.gov/mdot/0,1607,7-151-9621_11008---,00.html

That's a list of current road construction projects in the state of Michigan. There shouldn't be anything in the immediate Willow run area to be concerned with, but perhaps some folks coming in from outlying areas may see something of note.

It looks like they're done with the work on I-94 just outside I-69. Last time I was through there, they were doing finishing work on the East bound side. I wonder if they're going to wait until after this weekend to start on the other side?
