With better weather then we've had for quite awhile-
I caught one of ConAir's Convair tankers making big circles today.

They do this often-
Abbotsford, BC is about ten miles NE of here...

Beyond it's being a fling wing out of Ault on Whidbey I couldn't tell you what just went past the house (NOT over it!) heading East because it's dark out, but I honestly thought I ws going to have to open the back door to let the guy get out of my house

CAF P-51 "Red Nose" flew into Atlanta-Hartsfield this morning around 10:45 and taxied over to the Delta maintenance base. It's here for a repaint in Delta's paint hangar.

Saw two T-6's yesterday (Saturday) around 12:45 in the afternoon. They were headed south near the Cherokee County Airport in North Georgia. (used to be 47A, now KCNI)

I saw a formation of four F-16's over northwest Ohio yesterday afternoon. Maybe they were out of Selfridge or even the Air National Guard out of Toledo. I don't know, but I sure wish I was in one of them. :drink3:

Probably Toledo. I don't think Selfridge has F-16s anymore.

I saw the Blue Angels C-130 "Fat Albert" doing touch-n-go's at Meacham on November 29th. Not sure why they were there but it was nice to see!

Saw an L-39 this morning. Didn't look familiar, maybe it's new to the area.

Dec. 7 I saw Hill Country Memorial Flight do the flyover for the Pearl Harbor comemoration at the National Museum of the Pacific War and later met Obergrafeter and Fighter Ace face to face.

Dec. 8, I saw one of those silver and day-glo orange S. African AT-6s flying out of 11R. I don't know whose it is, but it's a frequent visitor here. If they fly out on 16, they overfly my job. In on 16 or out on 34, over my house.

There were about a half dozen Marine AH-1 Cobras flying up and down the Hudson Saturday afternoon here in lower Manhattan.

I was surprised they still flew them.

Great sound to them. A real 'attention' getter.
