I couldn't find a good map identifying the various buildings at Silver Hill, but the Smithsonian Institution Archives have a series of old black and white photographs of
exterior views of the Silver Hill Facility that show the building numbers on the outside. So about year ago I used them to geolocate each building and update OpenStreetMap accordingly to create a map. It's not perfect - there were some buildings I wasn't able to conclusively identify - but it shows most of the big ones:

As for other interior views, there's also a "
virtual tour" and
set of shots from the same black and white series mentioned above.
