Hey everybody, just wanted to leave a quick message that I'm okay. I was present at the airport, but in a different aircraft. I won't be providing any more details, but will repost the statement from the museum's Facebook page:

As many of our followers are likely aware, our TBM Avenger was involved in an incident this afternoon at Terre Haute Regional Airport en route to the TBM Avenger Reunion. First and foremost, both pilot and passenger are safe. The pilot suffered minor injuries and was taken to the hospital out of an abundance of caution. Please be patient with us as we process this unfortunate event and determine next steps.

Any idea if the museum will repair it or just acquire a replacement?

I think the comment was more made as small is relative to the field it is flying into. A small plane at LAX (see your descriptions) and a small plane on the local airstrip are two completely different things. There aren't 4 engine planes flying into Terre Haute Regional Airport.

Pete Regina commuted from VNY to his job at LAX in his P51...(not sure how often he did that)
