As far as I know, Walton/FHCAM/whatever they are calling themselves now still own the 262 and Stuka. I do not know about the B-17, but they had a tail turret displayed in the museum when I was there. I visited not long after they reopened and the staff and docents didn't have a lot of information on plans for the collection. That may have been due to the fact that they'd just reopened. Here's what the 262 and Stuka looked like as of July 2023.

I know they have done engine runs on other aircraft in the collection in the last year, but I haven't seen any definitive statements anywhere regarding plans to fly anything.
Side note: didn't mean my comment about the aircraft looking the same as critical, so I hope it didn't come across that way.
