My point is (very) simply...
You can't really judge aircraft repair costs by "genre",
One type might be a lot more complex than another...tapered vs straight chord wings, different fuselage construction (typical wood/fabric vs wooden monocoque like the Pfalz), different gear and engine bearers... things like that.
