Would be nice to see a large enough pre-fab metal hangar erected for the majority of their collection. But it appears to be a fairly small museum with limited expenses. Boy, ain't that the truth.

The important goal was to not let the B-58 go to scrap. It represents an important piece of North Texas aviation heritage and the museum is working hard with th City of Fort Worth to bring it here. No one plans to leave it in the elements long. As with every museum, donations and volunteers welcome.

I noticed that too, and would love to see it. I almost ended up working on that program, but ultimately (and fortunately) turned the offer down.

I know they will need a front main mount landing gear
One is available and in good condition from Edwards AFB B-58 "Snoppy"
I photographed it last week
