I'd guess Hyd Mule based on the size of the hoses. 60 weight oil isn't going to flow down the larger hose very well, particularly one that long.
My Hyd Mule doesn't have a tank but connects to the airframe supply and pressure connections on the firewall. P-51 has quick disconnects on the firewall and you connect to the same point the engine driven pump connects to.
IIRC the Corsair has QDs as well. This vintage of Corsair didn't have an onboard electric aux pump, just the hand pump in the cockpit. If they needed to fold or unfold wings or operate flaps to make adjustments I could see them using an electric pump like this.
