Many years ago we had a guy arrive on the scene that we called "The pied piper of Bristol aircraft" He was trying to start a museum and had a junk Swordfish, Lysander, and Beaufort shipped to Nashville. He would go into a building close to the airport and talk to them about excess space. Before long he was talking to the President or owner about their dad's service in WW II. He found lots of space, donations, loans and even had a flyable Antonov AN-2 donated. This to say, my suggestion is run a few stories in the local newspapers about the "race to find a place" to have a new restoration shop. Lots of places have excess capacity and no doubt there are empty buildings within a mile of their current location. Their needs are fairly modest.
