I can tell you that I've been at a loss for words twice in recent weeks..... On both occasions I was being given a look of how the paint scheme was coming along !

This morning I was fortunate enough to be there to see the official roll out of the finished paint scheme~ and the sun shone too !

I've only had time to quickly convert the RAW files to JPEGS and resize them blah blah blah

OK ~ Why I don't I just show you the PICTURES :D

To shamelessly borrow an English phrase... cracking good shots! The team deserves the utmost praise for their work on this, what terrific attention to detail!

Your photos are absolutely beautiful... that must have been some treat for you. :)

What do the brooms on the cowling indicate, why are some yellow and other yellow with red?

I'm guessing fighter sweeps for the yellow brooms and then dive bombing missions for the yellow brooms with red bombs. Just a guess...

If one was distraught at the loss of 'No Guts,No Glory', then this is indeed a worthy replacement for the skies over Duxford. One also has to credit Mr Grey with the foresight of his plans along with the TFC team with an awesome job.

As always Peter, outstanding pictures from our man on the spot!
