Yagen's Mossie and the Reid Anson simply because I hope to see them doing what they do best at Easter. I get really excited about the Mosquito but then start thinking about the Anson ... and the same thing happens. LOL.

Ooh, the HARS DC-4 too.

[quote="Mike"]How about CAF's P-63?

Sorry to pull this little snippet out Mike...... but WHICH P-63? The "A" or the "F"? The "F" of course should be flying almost any day.... down at San Marcos...... however, the "A" which is with the Dixe Wing.... well, it will still be a few years..... but it will be very nicely done.... in fact I believe they have acquired the nose cannon and will be working on installing much of the original military hardware..... I can't wait to see all THREE 'Cobra's in the air together!

FYI.... CAF "Big Iron" under restoration... I left the P-39 off this list as she was already a flyer!

1 P-63F... P-63 Sponsor Group.... any week.....any day......
2 P-63A.... Dixie Wing.... flying 2013?
3 TBM.... National Capitol Sqdn flying in 2011
4 T-28A... High Sky Wing... waiting for a new engine to arrive.....
5 C-60... West Houston Sqdn.... engines have been run.... won't be long
6 MiG-17.... returning to flying status 2011?
7 A-26 Invader.... A-26 Invader Sqdn... (ex Spirit of Waco)... prepping for ferry flight
8 A-26 Invader.....Sierra Hotel Sqdn.... (ex Daisy Mae).... flying in 2011?
9 PBJ-1J.... SoCal Wing flying in 2012?
10 F-86..... High Sierra Squadron.... flying 2013?
11 P-47N.... P-47N Sponsor Group/Cavanaugh Flight Museum, flying in 2013?
12 TBM.... Florida Wing..... flying 2013? Maybe sooner.....
13 PBY Catalina... (Blue One).. Duluth.. Lake Superior Sqdn flying in 2013?

There are several C-45/AT-11/B-18 aircraft under restoration and numerous other birds.... and I know I have probably left out a few.... my apologies for high-jacking the thread!
Alan

Would be a wonderful site to see the Shearwater Firefly fly with the CWH Firefly at least once.

Ober! Do you have a spy with a photographic device to provide evidence? Can't wait.....
I love that Firefly.... I have been attempting to drum up sponsor support for acquiring either a Mk I, or a partially restored Mk 6, but alas no takers as of yet..... not giving up on that one or another PV-2! Lots O' Toys on my list....... Alan
