Yes. I've lost all my glider dodging skills lately and don't know what to do without all the drama...
I do miss the undergound hangar, that's for sure.

Yeah, one of the guys told me that it would likely go for a month to get fixed if it went down. Hopefully that will change. I had a minor issue on Saturday and it was back up by Tuesday. It probably helps that we just put 11.5 hours on the bird in the last 7 days. There would have been a few more if it hadn't gone down for MX. I've got to get some more folks flying it for tailwheel endorsements.

We've been giving it back to them a little bit, being NORDO and such! Made the towplane go around twice in three days. (Not really trying to be a bad player... and I'm starting to make friends with 'em
The towplane guy even let me ride along.)

I'm not a real big fan of the idea of not having a big fan in front at this point. I do like to understand things going on around me a bit better. Knowing WHY they all of the sudden drop off the glider at 200' AGL or slightly above and then race back for a downwind landing makes it a little less shocking!
