Shot at Whiteman Nov. 28 2009. Sad to see it fall into disrepair like this...

Disrepair? Someone has been airing up the tires for the past 30 years!

Probably some kind hearted resident at the airport. Or it was done because they moved the T-6S. Can you imagine the ex- wife of the "friendly local cop" paying tie- down fees for all these years. Just to let it sit like this...

I think I know this answer, but has anyone tried to obtain this aircraft from the current owner? Who owns it? It's a cool looking bird!

What Jack Cook said. Me and a buddy looked into it. The owner is a piece of work.

Perhaps someone wanted to put a big engine on it, and had an outside-the-box solution to the CG problem!
