Disrepair? Someone has been airing up the tires for the past 30 years!

Probably some kind hearted resident at the airport. Or it was done because they moved the T-6S. Can you imagine the ex- wife of the "friendly local cop" paying tie- down fees for all these years. Just to let it sit like this...

Perhaps someone wanted to put a big engine on it, and had an outside-the-box solution to the CG problem!
