Did anyone build a replica of his B-17E 41-2666?
Yes, one of our group did build '666. The builder contacted Lt. Colonel Zeamer to get any details he could about the airplane and that was a catalyst to Zeamer attending the show that year. He described it as a typical Fortress with a few extra guns here and there
