Group,

The Bear made two hops today. First one declared a may-day right after takeoff. Came in and Cnx the mayday and flew off.

Saw him flying again later in the day, sounded great. On landing he taxied by as we were balancing our prop (T-6, Race 42) and took time to wave at us.

Strega flew several times as did Riff Raft. Not quite sure of the others as I was busy on the plane. Check mate qualified today (Got a frien on the crew).

DC3 is supposed to leave VNY tomorrow, also F7F :)

I think the DC3 will be there first, same guy is flying both of em & he said he was taking the DC3 first ;)
