Thanks to WIXer, Old SAR pilot, I now have a slide scanner and can post pictures of the images on the slides that Uwe took of the Sea Fury. The color still isn't quite right on two of them, as I haven't quite figured out the scanner yet (just hooked it up 30 minutes ago), and the slides were dirtier than I thought, but you get the idea anyway.........

That slide film abosorbs colors well so you'll need to open them in photoshop or something and adjust levels when you're done. All you do is go to
Image>adjustments> levels and go through each color and pull the slide in where it's a flat line to where the levels start to rise...thta should even all those blues out.
