I understand there is now a competing European group planning to undertake forensic and DNA tests on the island to identify the castaway as certainly NOT being Earhart.

The European group is funded by a royal family member and believe the shoe is in fact from a woman historically connected to that same royal family.


Spokesperson for the expedition Prince Charming advised that the woman, named Cinderella, lived with her evil step-mother and two evil step sisters.

She was seen dropping one shoe at the royal ball before leaving in a hurry as the clock struck 12, and was last seen leaving the family castle in a Pumpkin drawn by a team of mice.

Prince Charming is confident DNA tests will prove the remaining shoe is matching the one left at the ball, and that the castaway is indeed Cinderella.

It is understood a search for the remains of a large rotten pumpkin on the island will be undertaken to further support his theory.

Let's think about this Tighar is a non-profit, I think. So it doesn't matter what they pursue, just that their employees get paid. For example their fishing out a P-38 from the ocean. It'll clearly be corroded, but it's a paying job for some people nonetheless.
