The O-47 in Topeka is evidently up for sale by the owner. I found that info on the Combat Air Museum site. I'm not sure how current the information is, but it states that the plan is to get the airplane ferryable in order to facilitate selling it.

That plane has been for sale for a long number of years. It has not flown in over 30yrs that I know of, prob a lot longer than that.
